John Towner Williams je americký hudobný skladateľ, ktorý sa preslávil ako autor filmovej hudby. Zložil hudbu k viac ako stovke filmov a získal celý rad ocenení.
Má 25 cien Grammy. Do roku 2020 bol 52-krát nominovaný na Oscara, čo je druhý najlepší individuálny výsledok, po Walte Disneym.
